Our Story

Golden Oak Aesthetic Lounge was founded by Caitlin Spencer, RN, our owner and lead injector, to give women in Spanish Fork and across Utah County a med spa that feels personal, not stuffy or sterile. When you walk through our doors, we want you to feel welcome to show up as yourself, relax and ask questions without judgment.

Caitlin’s journey started while she was working as a nurse. She took a course in injectables, hired a mentor to learn the craft, and quickly fell in love with helping people feel confident and beautiful in their skin again.

With more than 10 years of nursing experience, Caitlin brings the clinical skills, patient safety and sanitation standards that medical-grade treatments require. Today our team includes Natalie, our Medical Director and nurse practitioner, who leads our medical weight loss and hormone therapy programs, and Micaela and Hanna, our master estheticians. We keep up with continuing education and the latest research and technology, so you get safe, natural-looking results.

Hey there I’m Caitlin! I’m the Owner, Founder, and Lead Injector here at Golden Oak Aesthetic Lounge. I live in Spanish Fork, Utah with my husband and our three sports-obsessed boys where we happily spend our days going from game to game watching them play. Outside of running my business, I love spending time with friends and family, listening to ​​psychological thrillers and true crime books, and I’m a total fanatic for Diet Coke and sugar cookies. I can’t wait to pamper you!
